Mair’s 2014

Just a note from Maggie and I to say we are very much looking forward to sharing our home and bakery with you in May.Since the event was held here last in 2009 much has changed for us . Most of you will know that at the end of 2009 we sadly lost our daughter Mair. She is greatly missed, but Maggie and I have since then been enjoying the chance to work together in the bakery. This has helped us both to cope with our loss and at the same time gives us a chance to do something to honour our little girl. We have together   built up a busy little  bakery business ,  now baking  3 times a week and  selling at local markets and shops. We have run some baking courses and made a lot of new friends through baking.

So we look forward to seeing you all and having fun together baking. Here’s a few photo’s taken more recently, if you are interested you’ll find more on our Facebook page mairsbakehouse or when it’s been updated our web site at http://www.mairsbakehouse.co.uk
